One of Firebat’s standout beans comes from Los Pocitos, a farm in Chalatenango, El Salvador, owned by Ignacio “Nacho” Gutierrez. Nacho went from tomato farmer to award-winning coffee grower, claiming multiple Cup of Excellence wins between 2011 and 2017.
