Savor Brands offers two different print process geared towards low and high volume printing:
DIGITAL Printing: MOQ 2,000pcs (Low Minimums)
ROTOGRAVURE Printing: MOQ 10,000pcs (High Volume)
In this case, Otus Coffee Co. selected ROTOGRAVURE printing. They also upgraded their bag style from a Stand Up Pouch (SUP) to a Quad Seal Box Bottom (QSBB). By selecting ROTOGRAVURE printing, the Otus Coffee team was able to fully customize their bag dimensions down to the millimeter. In lieu of kraft, they opted for our Haptic Matte Varnish (a great sustainable friendly alternative to kraft). Haptic Matte Varnish bags add an unique tactile finish to your coffee bags and they are compatible in our R+R Upcycling Program.
