Coffee Labs Roasters was started in Tarrytown in 2003 by owners Mike and Alicia Love. Since then, they have recently opened their second location in Westchester County. Coffee Labs Roasters has garnered numerous accolades over the years for their coffee, as well as Mike's wins in barista competitions.
Mike and Alicia are committed in coffee excellence and ethical farming practices, it is evident by the single origins coffees they select. Coffee Labs Roasters has recently became the first employer of Westchester County to earn a National Living Wage Certification from Living Wage for U.S. showcasing their commitment to not only their staff but also for overall ethical practices.
