We wish you the best of luck in this year's competition! About Mark Kove: Mark Kove is the owner, roaster, and latte art instructor of White Nene Coffee Roasters based in Kona, HI. Mark is also the 2023 Hawaii Regionals Roasting Champion and a 2023 US Roasting Finalist.
