Digital printed bags start at 500 per design. Custom boxes and mailers also start at 500 per design. Stock bags start at 1,000, and rotogravure printing starts at 10,000 per design for brands selling at volume.
Production runs 4 to 6 weeks after your artwork is approved, plus 5 to 6 weeks of shipping for to-door delivery. Plan on 9 to 12 weeks from approval, and work back from your launch, farmers market season or holiday date.

That comes from the barrier material, not from whether the bag is stock or custom. Industrial compostable and EVOH structures run about four months, metallized polyester about six, and aluminum nine to twelve.
